CITY OF LOGAN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING 108 W. 4th STREET June 21, 2024 At 3:00 P.M. Mayor McDonald called the meeting to order. Agenda item 2 was the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda item 3 was roll call. Council Members DeWitt, Hinkel, Moss, Sporrer, Troshynski and Mayor McDonald were present. Agenda item 4 was to approve the agenda. Motion was made by Hinkel and seconded by Moss to approve the agenda. 5 ayes. Agenda item 5 was discuss and approve the sale of Police Department Equipment. Motion was made by Hinkel and seconded by Troshynski to approve the sale of 3 Tasers to Harrison County Sheriff Department in the amount of $1,500. 5 ayes. Motion was made by Hinkel and seconded by DeWitt to approve the sale of the Police Ford Explorer, gun safe and contents and closet contents to Shelby County Sheriff Department in the amount of $38,500. 5 ayes. Agenda item 6 was the Clerk’s report. Agenda item 7 was citizen’s questions/comments. No citizen comments. Agenda item 8 was to adjourn.
