CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MISSOURI VALLEY CITY HALL MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 2024 10:00 A.M. Mayor Kelly presided over the meeting and called it to order at 10:00 a.m. with the following Council Members present: Keizer, Struble, Taylor, and Stueve. Tuttle joined via Zoom. Citizens present were William Huey, Brandon Barnum, Evelyn Marshall, Dakoda Tish, and Richard Gochenour. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion to approve the Agenda for August 26, 2024, made by Struble, second by Taylor. Motion passes. Motion to approve proposed change order #1 in the amount of $57,006.00 to remove and replace alley made by Stueve, second by Struble. Motion passes. Keizer wants a decision made for Tom McIntosh on his water bill. Mayor Kelly wants the meters changed out to make sure our equipment is not faulty. Council unanimously agreed.
