The Harrison County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing, per section 25 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the special exception use application submitted by Lisa Slama. The special use is for the construction of a temporary enterprise of a haunted trail. The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural and located in part of the SW ¼ NW ¼ of Section 16, Township 79 N and Range 43 W.
