PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Harrison County Plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit General Permit No. 2 “Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities”. The storm water discharge will be from construction of a bridge project on Reno Avenue 700’ South of IA Highway 44. 2 acres lying in SE 1/4 sections of 11-T79N-R42W and SW 1/4 of section 12-T79N-R42W of Harrison County Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from one construction point source (the roadway) and will be discharged to road ditches; then to Six Mile Creek; and to Boyer River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, 502 E 9th St, Des Moines IA 50319.
