SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026 – 5:00 P.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA A special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: BANTAM, LENNING, MANN, POORE, SNEED Motion Poore/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5 Motion carried. Motion Poore/Mann to approve payment of the full property tax statement for the Fieldhouse that was deeded to the City in March of 2026.
