MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SANITARY LANDFILL PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice Number: 43-SDP-05-94-4 Notice Date: 5/22/2024 The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has made a preliminary determination to approve a request for permit renewal from the Harrison County Sanitary Landfill Commission for the Harrison County Sanitary Landfill, and which is authorized to accept municipal solid waste from households and businesses from the following service area: The unincorporated area and the cities of Kimballton, Gray and Audubon in Audubon County and; all cities and the unincorporated area in Harrison County; and the City of Neola in Pottawattamie County.
