Logan-Magnolia Community School July 2, 2025 The special board meeting for the Logan-Magnolia Community was held on the above date at 12:00 P.M. in the high school office. Roll call vote was answered by President Julie Witte, Vice-President Derrick Mether, Director Leslie Vicary joined via zoom, Director Nikki Allen, and Director Travis Kuhlman joined via zoom. Also in attendance were Superintendent Jacob Hedger and Business Manager Daniel Mikels. 2. Approve Agenda Nikki Allen moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 5-0. 3. Public Speakers No Public Speakers 4. Employee evaluation regarding possible discharge is being considered. Leslie Vicary moved into closed session at 12.02 P.M. pursuant to Iowa code section 21.5(1)(i) seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 5-0.
