HARRISON COUNTY LANDFILL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES July 9th, 2026 The HCLC regular meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m., July 9, 2026 by Chairman Struble. Roll call showed Representatives: Woodward, Weigelt, Dewitt, Sell, Rife. Also in attendance was Manager Tyler Hinkel Item #1) Approval of agenda. Motion was made by Rife and seconded by Sell to approve the agenda . 6 ayes. Item #2) Approval for Pay Application #3 for Leroy and Sons. Motion was made my Weigelt to approve Pay Application #3 to Leroy and Sons for the Construction of Landfill Cell 3B for $522,484.09. Dewitt seconded 6ayes. Motion to adjourn at 11:10 a.m. by Rife seconded by Sell. 6 ayes.
