The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Kevin Koke. The amendment is to rezone 40 acres from A-1 to ACS Ag Commercial Service District. The property is located in the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 2, Township 79 N and Range 42 W. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 10:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
