Approve Agenda Motioned to approve the agenda. Motioned: Joanna Barnard Seconded: Carrie Watson Voting results: Unanimously Approved Board Governance Acceptance of Bids Motioned to approve the bid from Rasmussen Mechanical for $2,446,409 for the installation of HVAC units at the high school, middle school, and elementary buildings. Motioned: Carrie Watson Seconded: Jessie Dewaele Voting results: Unanimously Approved May Regular Board Meeting Motioned to change the May regular board meeting to May 12.
