Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA A special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Pro Tem Keith Mann called the meeting to order via phone with the following members present: BANTAM, & LENNING. Mayor Cogdill, Poore & Sneed were absent. Mayor Pro Tem Mann led the pledge of allegiance. Motion Bantam/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 3 Motion carried. Public Hearing on Proposed Tax Levy for FY 26-27 Budget was opened at 7:32 A.M. no oral or written comments were received. Public Hearing closed at 7:33 A.M.
