NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Harrison County Conservation Board (HCCB) is requesting bids for the Demolition of two (2) obsolete pole-style buildings, Grading, and Construction of a new 60 x 120 x 16 maintenance shop, at the Willow Lake Recreation Area, 2725 Easton Trail, Woodbine, Iowa 51579. Bids should include all costs related to materials, hauling, and labor. Project Objectives are in Two (2) parts: Part One: * Demolition or Removal of two existing pole-style buildings, including concrete. * Grading of site to desired elevations. * Creation of new entrance roadway to the Willow Lake Nature Center. Part Two: * Construction of new 60 ft X 120 X 16 ft building, to include concrete slab and approaches. Project completion date: December 20, 2024. The awarded contractor must provide proof of insurance and work closely with HCCB staff. Bids will be received by the HCCB at the Willow Lake Headquarter Building, until 4:00 p.m., September 6, 2024. All bids, plans, designs and samples submitted for this project by bidders shall remain the property of the HCCB.
