Logan-Magnolia Community School March 16, 2025 The special board meeting for the Logan-Magnolia Community School District elementary addition was held on the above date at 12:00 P.M. in the high school office. Roll call vote was answered by board president Julie Witte joined via zoom, Vice President Derrick Mether, director Leslie Vicary joined via zoom, director Nikki Allen joined via zoom; Also, present were superintendent Jacob Hedger and business manager Daniel Mikels. Director Travis Kuhlman was absent 2. Approve Agenda Leslie Vicary moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 4-0. 3. Public Comment No public comment was made 4. Resignation Nikki Allen moved to approve Colette Dubas resignation as secondary special education teacher, seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 4-0. The board thanked her for her years of service. 5. Contracts Approval Derrick Mether moved to approve the proposal as presented for teachers ($1,377.00, or the State TSS mandated raises, raising the base for supplemental to $37,500.00, adding special Olympics cord 2%, teammates coordinator 3%, teammates assistant 2%, moving student council to 4% each and the district will pay $887.00 per month towards district offered insurance, Grad credits turned in and to be completed by June 30, 2026, and 2026-2027 raise being a percent for all, and alternating in the following years) 4.20% overall package seconded by Leslie Vicary, carried. 4-0. 6.
