Logan-Magnolia Community School August 5, 2025 The board meeting for the Logan-Magnolia Community School District elementary addition was held on the above date at 12:00 P.M. in the high school office. Roll call vote was answered by board president Brian Koenig joined via zoom, vice president Julia Witte, director Derrick Mether, director Brianne Niedermyer joined via zoom, and director Travis Kuhlman joined via zoom; Also present were superintendent Jacob Hedger, High School Principal Blake Dickinson, and business manager Daniel Mikels. Also in attendance were Angela Siepker-McIntosh, Grandma McIntosh, and Karena-Nuno from the AEA. They all joined via zoom. 2. Approve Agenda Brianne Niedermyer moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Julia Witte, carried. 5-0. 3. Public Comment Angela Siepker-McIntosh spoke to the board about her sons want to be in a school with a more positive environment. She spoke of his accomplishments and talents gained from his experiences. She further stated that though her son can be a challenging child; she hopes that the board will give him a chance and opportunity. Grandma McIntosh and the student spoke of the changes he has made over the past year for the positive, and how he deserves a second chance. 4. Leadership Contracts Derrick Mether moved to offer a contract to the teachers below for the FY25-26 for the TLC Team and District Leadership Team, seconded by Brianne Niedermyer, carried. 5-0.
