The food drive on May 18 in Woodbine, sponsored and conducted by the Woodbine American Legionnaires, turned out to be very successful.
The event was aimed at supporting the Woodbine Community Food Pantry.
"We were very pleased to see the Woodbine and surrounding communities respond to this important food drive," said Steve Harrington, Commander of the Woodbine Legionnaires. "Members of the food pantry described the results as 'impressive.'”
