Harrison County Board of Supervisors July 23, 2026 Chairman Brian Rife called the meeting to order with members Tony Smith and Rebecca Wilkerson in attendance. Motion to approve the tentative agenda was made by Wilkerson, second by Smith. Motion carried. Minutes from July16th, July 21st were approved on a motion by Wilkerson, second by Smith. Motion carried. Attendance: Auditor Megan Reffett, Paul J. Rhoten, Michele Stirtz, Tina Fagan, David Sherer, John Rasmussen, Kristi Hildreth, Emily Allmon, Todd Denton Department Bank Reconciliation Harrison County Recorder and Sheriff presented their bank reconciliations for Board review. Leave Time Payout Policy The Board discussed the presented policy that was drafted by the county department heads. The Board would like additional information about what other Counties do and additional information on updating the County handbook. The members are going to research and talk with departments for further discussion on this policy as well as other necessary policies needed until the handbook can be updated. Handwritten Warrant to US Bank Motion to approve the handwritten warrant to US Bank in the amount of $6,564.62 by Smith, second by Wilkerson. Motion carried.
