February 24, 2026 South Noble Lake Drainage District Meeting for Harrison County Trustees Present: Brian Rife, Rebecca Wilkerson Pottawattamie County Trustees Present: Brian Shea, Tim Wichman, Keith Jones Also Present: Michelle Kresten, Harrison County Drainage Clerk Brad Swope, Pottawattamie County Drainage Clerk Jon Rosengren, Water Resources Practice Leader/Associate with Bolton & Menk Public Attended: Bill Fox, Austin Fox, Corey McIntosh, John Erickson, Don Brothers, Larry King, Roger Smith Via Phone: Lyle McIntosh -Motion by Wilkerson, Seconded by Jones, to open South Noble Lake Drainage District Meeting UNANIMOUS VOTE: Motion Carried Discussion and/or decision about Maintenance of the South Noble Lake Drainage District Tree removal from C & R Levee to the road Don Brothers talked about sediment in the lake causing the water to back up and not drain well. Don mentioned that he would like to see this clean up. Estimates were presented: Fox Dirt to grind trees on the side of the ditches from Desoto Ave to Nobles Lake Ditch (Excavator) $5,000 (Bobcat) $6,000 Total $11,000 Fox Dirt to grind trees in ditch on the sides from C & R Levee to Missouri River (Excavator) $25,000.00 (Bobcat) $5,000.00 Total $30,000.00 Trustee Brain Rief made a motion, Seconded by Jones, not to excide $30,000.00 UNANIMOUS VOTE: Motion Carried ATTEST: Michelle Kersten, Drainage Clerk Brian Rife, Chairman HCTR 3-18-26
