Wilson made a motion to accept A Beers for the Council Member Seat; S Baumfalk 2nd Yes – 4-0 and A Beers was sworn in by T Noah at 6:16 p.m. New Business: * Property Updates: Per C Fichter; Court awarded Noftsger property to the city of Pisgah. Open court date for the Stevens property, awaiting an affidavit. M Dreessen made a motion to have attorney Fichter send two more letters for property ordinance violations; K Wilson 2nd Yes 5-0 * Review Bids – Equipment Purchase: T Noah presented several bids for a UTV to the council, after discussion S Baumfalk made a motion to approve the purchase of a UTV and K Wilson 2nd Yes 4-0 No 1-0 * PTO Payout: Council discussed unused PTO and Sick time for T Noah and a motion was made to payout half of the PTO and Sick time on the book and carry the rest forward1st N Madsen 2nd M Dreessen Yes 5-0 * C Fichter – Discussion on Tax Levy: C Fichter and T Noah are working on the budget and will need a special meeting for tax levy hearing mid-March. Clerk Report: H Nejedly is continuing to work as a contract employee Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah – Reported updates on building repairs and park updates and repairs. Working on a Road Repair project for spring or summer, getting quotes for seal coat on several streets and grinding several others. There is possible Swipco money can be applied for, to help fund structure demolitions of abandoned properties. Fire Department: T Noah – Reported the Fire Dept. is doing well. The dept received more Grant money for further upgrades of equipment.
