City of Modale City Council Meeting Minutes The budget workshop of the Modale City Council was held on Monday, January 13, 2025. Mayor ProTem Kathy Dugdale called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Councilmembers present were Blair Adams, Kathy Dugdale, Tammy Cooperrider, Chris Skinner and Terigene White. Mayor James Cox was absent. Visitors present were Marlin Dugdale, Jason Pavlik, Sal Vittitoe, and Sid Jackson. Staff present was Marty Skinner and Shauna Gerke. Skinner made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Cooperrider seconded. Motion carried 4-0. White arrived at 6:35 p.m. The budget process timeline was reviewed and the 2023 and 2024 AFR reports were shared. Skinner requested adding columns showing the amount of change from year to year in percentages. Gerke will adjust and share with the council. Final numbers will be discussed at the regular February meeting. Adams made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Skinner seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
