BREAKING: O'Brien murder trial moved back to October

Sebastin O'Brien, the Little Sioux man charged in the April murder of Douglas Manley, 53, of Missouri Valley, is now set to appear in court in October after a waiver of speedy trial and order for continuance was made.

The trial, which was originally scheduled to begin July 16, is now scheduled to begin Oct. 8 at 9:30 a.m. A pretrial conference is scheduled for Sept. 9.
