Roll Call. Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Nunez to consent agenda, monthly bills, and the board minutes from August 13, 2025. No Discussion. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Nunez to approve the extra-curricular contracts for Hillary Stevenson (Play Director), Julius Michalik (HS Girls Basketball), Rowdy Evans (HS Boys Basketball), Cody Tyson (HS Wrestling), Jason Allen (JH Boys Basketball), and Tony Nunez (JH Wrestling). No Discussion. Directors Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, and Nunez aye. 3-0 and 1 abstained motion carried. Consideration of FY 25-26 Fundraisers. A motion was made by Director Stevenson and seconded by Director Kuhlman to approve the t-shirt sales for Homecoming. No Discussion. Directors Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, Nunez aye, and Stevenson aye. 4-0 motion carried. Consideration of the Appointment of Tammy Flint to the School Board. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Stevenson to appoint Tammy Flint to the school board. The School Board President, Randy Wohlers swore in Tammy Flint. No Discussion. Directors Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, Nunez aye, and Stevenson aye. 4-0 motion carried. Consideration of Supplemental Allowable Growth Application due to FY2025 Special Education Deficit. A motion was made by Director Stevenson and seconded by Director Nunez to apply for Supplemental Allowable Growth through the SBRC for the amount of ($204,810.24). No Discussion. Directors Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, Nunez aye, Flint aye, and Stevenson aye. 5-0 motion carried. Consideration of IASB Legislative Priorities. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Stevenson to approve the following IASB Legislative Priorities: Teacher Recruitment, Local Accountability and Decision Making, Sharing and Reorganization, and Supplemental State Aid.
