Lady Bulldogs take home Bulldog Invite title
Boyer Valley came away with the Bulldogs Invitational title on Sept. 20 at Dunlap. The Lady Bulldogs won four of five matches, but finished in a three-way tie for first place. Boyer Valley won the most sets on the day, to give the host team the team title.
“It was a great way to cap the week,” stated Head Coach Gary Neilsen. “This team showed resiliency after letting one slip away. We battled, regrouped, and took care of business against a very balanced field. Im happy for the team, and hopefully this gives us some momentum as we head into a critical part of our conference schedule.”
Boyer Valley had four named to the All-Tournament team, including Reese Miller, Sylvia Sullivan, Gwen Neilsen and Morgan Hast.
