SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Friday, January 2, 2026 – 10:00 A.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA A special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: BANTAM, LENNING, MANN, POORE SNEED Motion Mann/Bantam to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5 Motion carried. Council discussed goals for planning purposes. Items discussed were 8th Street replacement, Main Street Streetscape Project, and Lagoon Project. No action was taken.
