What are you going to miss most about teaching: The look on my students' faces when I start reciting Shakespeare from memory. That, and the top-notch staff!
What are you looking forward to most about Retirement: I don't have specific plans as of yet - I'm looking at it as a beginning rather than an end, so I guess I'm looking forward to figuring it all out as I go.
