Public Notice: The Public is hereby notified of a meeting regarding the Woodbine Board of Adjustment to be held Thursday, August 6th, 2026, at 5:00pm in the Woodbine City Hall Conference Room, 517 Walker Street. The Board will discuss and hear comments about a requested variance from the City of Woodbine Building Code from respective property owner for the following property: 1301 Normal Street, requesting to pour a 10’ x 55’ cement pad to the west of the shop on the property which exceeds the 25% buildable area of the lot. Any citizen of Woodbine or any other person having an interest in the requested variance may appear and be heard for or against the proposal. Written comments must be received at the City Clerk’s office, 517 Walker St, Woodbine, IA 51579 before the meeting.
