PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE The Iowa Department of Transportation plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities." The storm water discharge will be from construction activity located in Harrison County on US Highway 30. The project is RCB culvert replacement at small stream, 0.8 mi. E. of Co. Rd. F58. The Public Lands Survey location is Township 78N, Range 44W, Section 1. Storm water will be discharged to the following receiving streams: road ditches to unnamed stream to Boyer River.
