PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley is holding a public hearing at 6:03 p.m. on November 19, 2024, at the Rand Center, 100 South 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the proposed electric easement with MidAmerican Energy Company as it pertains to a tract of land lying within Out Lot D, Longview Second Addition to the City of Missouri Valley Iowa more particularly describes as : “Commencing at the Southeast corner of Out Lot B of said addition and assuming the South line of said. Addition to bear due East-West; thence West a distance of 615.41 feet. Following the public hearing and absent any legitimate objection to the proposal, the City Council is expected to approve proposed electric easement with MidAmerican Energy Company as it pertains to a tract of land lying within Out Lot D, Longview Second Addition to the City of Missouri Valley Iowa more particularly describes as: “Commencing at the Southeast corner of Out Lot B of said addition and assuming the South line of said.
