NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Travel on the rights of way of the Little Sioux Inter-County Drainage District, which includes the Monona-Harrison ditch, in Monona, Woodbury and Harrison Counties, Iowa is prohibited except by written permission from the District and except as to farmers who own or lease lands adjacent to the right of way of said district who may use same for agricultural purposes provided the right of way is dry and stable or frozen. That any person in violation of the resolution of the governing body of the drainage district adopted December 3, 1975, shall be subject to the penalties and provisions of Section 468.149, Et seq. of the 2025 Code of Iowa. NOTICE TO HUNTERS Hunters of waterfowl and upland birds who use dogs should be careful on the drainage ditch right-of-ways as traps have been set for varmint control. The District will not be responsible for injuries to any hunting dog or persons trespassing on the dikes.
