NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED EASEMENT AGREEMENT In accordance with Section 364.7 Iowa Code (2024), notice is hereby given that the City Council of Woodbine, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing on Jan 14, 2026 at 6:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber at the Woodbine City Hall at 517 Walker St., Woodbine, Iowa, concerning a proposed easement agreement concerning a portion of the Lincoln Way Street right-of-way between 5th Street and 6th Street, described as the ten inches extending into the aforementioned right-of-way as measured from the west boundary line of Lots 1-5 Block 49, in the Town of Woodbine. The City Council will determine if the Easement Agreement is in the best interest of the City of Woodbine, Iowa. At said time and place a public hearing will be conducted on the proposed Easement Agreement, and at such hearing any person interested may appear and file objections thereto. The City Council shall hear the objections and any evidence for or against the proposal, and forthwith enter a decision concerning the Easement Agreement.
