NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY In accordance with Section 364.7 Iowa Code (2023), notice is hereby given that the City Council of Missouri Valley, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing on April 7, 2026, at 6 P.M., at the Rand Community Center, 100 South 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the conveyance of that portion of City of Missouri Valley, Iowa, vacated right of way described as Parcel A of that portion of vacated Right-of-Way of Valley Street in Grass Land Addition , a platted subdivision in Missouri Valley, Harrison County, Iowa, being more fully described by Plat of Survey recorded in Book 2026, Page 0284. At said time and place a public hearing will be conducted on the proposed conveyance, and at such hearing any person interested may appear and file objections thereto. The City Council shall hear the objections and any evidence for or against the proposal and forthwith enter decision concerning the conveyance of the real property at issue.
