NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF REAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of February, 2026, the City Council of the City of Logan, Iowa, adopted a Resolution proposing that the City of Logan, Iowa, dispose of the following real estate: South Three (3) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Twenty (20), Town of Logan, Harrison County, Iowa, to TMR-JOHN 3:16, LLC, in consideration of receiving, in exchange, Lot 7, Block 20, Town of Logan, Harrison County, Iowa, excluding the North 51 feet of Lot 7, Block 20, Town of Logan, Harrison County, Iowa Notice is further given that a public hearing on the foregoing proposal to dispose of real estate as described above will be held by the City Council of the City of Logan, Iowa, at the City Hall in Logan, Iowa, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. on the 16th day of March, 2026, and any person interested in said proposal may appear at the public hearing and show reasons for or against the proposed disposal of real estate. The City will not be providing an abstract for the above-described property.
