NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, STATE OF IOWA, AND THE HARRISON COUNTY E911 BOARD, STATE OF IOWA ON THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED AUTHORIZATION OF A LOAN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $150,000. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Harrison County and the Harrison County E911 Board , State of Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of May, 2026, at 9:15 A.M., in the Board Room, County Courthouse, 111 North 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa, at which meeting the Board of Supervisors and the Harrison County E911 Board proposes to take additional action for the authorization of a Loan Agreement from the County’s General Basic Fund to the Harrison County E911 Fund to provide funds to pay for the costs of new radio equipment. The Harrison County E911 Board will repay the principal and interest amount within a five-year period. At the above meeting, Boards shall receive oral or written objections from any resident or property owner of the County to the above action. After all objections have been received and considered, each Board will at the meeting or at any adjournment thereof, take additional action for the authorization of a Loan Agreement to evidence the obligation of the County thereunder or will abandon the proposal to the Loan Agreement.
