Meeting Notice Harrison County Hazard Mitigation Plan January 13, 2026, 10:00am Harrison County EMA along with SWIPCO will be holding a series of meetings to update the Harrison County Hazard Mitigation Plan to remain in compliance with FEMA regulations. This plan will identify hazards that have the potential to affect Harrison County, identify vulnerabilities, and create mitigation actions to help reduce the effects.
