LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Code of Iowa §49.11(2), the Harrison County Auditor gives notice that, due to the annexation of property into the corporate limits of the city of Missouri Valley, boundaries of the election precinct for Missouri Valley have changed since the last General Election. Annexation may have changed your polling location for the upcoming General Election, to be held on November 3rd, 2026. Whenever a permanent change in precinct or polling place occurs, all affected active registered voters receive an updated voter registration notice from the Auditor’s Office. Voter information notices include your precinct number and polling location information. Please contact the Auditor’s Office if you need to verify your precinct and polling location information.
