The amendment public comment period runs Oct. 1, 2025 to Oct. 8, 2025. Projects affected include: Iowa DOT - Bridge Deck Overlay on Interstate 880 in Pottawattamie County Harrison County - Pavement resurfacing on Loess Hills Trail The amendment would remove the Iowa DOT Bridge Deck Overlay project in Pottawattamie County from the FY2026 Transportation Improvement Program because the letting or bidding process occurred already in FY2025.
