City of Missouri Valley Notice of Public Hearing/Public Information Meeting and Notice of Intent to File an Application Notice is hereby given that the City of Missouri Valley and its City Council will conduct a public hearing/meeting concerning funding the city is seeking for a water system improvement project. The City plans to file an application for the FY2025 Community Development Block Grant—Water and Sewer (W&S) program for up to $500,000. The CDBG application will be submitted on or before May 1, 2025. The project completes a stated priority of the City of Missouri Valley and benefits low-moderate income (LMI) residents. Public comment will be received at the meeting, or in writing up to the time of the meeting. The public will be able to comment on such items as economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project, or any other items relating to the project.
