CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 A.M. at the Rand Community Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed rezoning of properties located along the Erie Street Corridor. Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission may consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map. A map of the affected properties is available for public inspection at Missouri Valley City Hall during normal business hours. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of the Iowa Code.
