CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY CITY COUNCIL QUORUM PRESENT MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025 – 9:00 A.M. RAND CENTER COMMUNITY CENTER On December 15, 2025, a quorum of the City Council Aaron Tuttle, Marilyn Keizer, Patty Stueve, and Kevin Taylor attended the Board of Adjustment meeting at the Rand Community Center. Citizens present: John Dems, Dennis Collier, Mike Nielsen, Mary Jo Buckley, Ronald Jones, Christopher Gilpin, Lori White, Tawna Lloyd, Turri Colglazier, Evelyn Marshall, Roger Marshall, Michelle Gibson, Mike Guinan, and John Harrison.
