CITY OF LOGAN ORDINANCE # 493 AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE LOGAN ZONING MAP FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN: TITLE VI, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENT, CHAPTER ONE SIXTY-FIVE, ZONING CODE AND MAP. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the city of Logan that the Municipal Code of City of Logan zoning map is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1. Purpose of this ordinance is to change the present zoning classification on the zoning map for the following property description(s) which is currently zoned as R-2 Residential: The South half of the East half of lot 3 and the East half of lot 4, Block 54, Reel’s Addition, Logan, Harrison County, Iowa. SECTION 2. That the above mentioned parcel of property at 320 S. 3rd Avenue be rezoned to the B-2 General Business District. SECTION 3. If this section or any part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance or existing Ordinance No. 198 and No. 227 and No. 357 contained in Chapter 5, Title VI. SECTION 4. When Effective. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
