The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Ben Mitchell: a rezoning of approximately 4.5 acres from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in part of the NW ¼ SE ¼ of section 1, township 81 north and range 41 west. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the same day at 9:45 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
